• Secure Packaging: We take utmost care to securely package all items, aiming to prevent damage during shipping. While we make every effort to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition, we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances during transit.

• Quality Assurance: We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive an item that does not meet the advertised standards, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, providing details and supporting evidence.
